The apartment is on the beachfront in Cliftonville overlooking Walpole Bay and the tidal pool. It is a quiet residential area and Northdown Road with shops and amenities is 5 minute's walk away and the old town and Turner Gallery are less than 15 mins stroll along the seafront.
Cliftonville is filled with artisanal shops and trendy cafes, reflecting the rich culture and creativity that Cliftonville prides itself on. A stroll around the area will also reveal beautifully preserved Victorian and Edwardian architecture, transporting you back in time.
In the evenings, enjoy picturesque sunsets along the sandy beaches or partake in the thriving local art scene. With its blend of seaside serenity and cultural vibrancy, Cliftonville provides an idyllic setting for a truly memorable getaway."

Located on the basement level, the apartment boasts a modern, open-spaced kitchen/living area, 2 double bedrooms, and a separate bathroom which homes a bath, shower and toilet.
The Living room has a Smart TV with Netflix which is free for the guests to use and free access to a super-fast Wi-Fi connection.
The open planned Kitchen/Living room houses an induction hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. There is also a dining table for those looking to have evenings in as well as desk space for anyone looking who needs somewhere to park their laptop.
The Living room is very spacious and has 2 sofas.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for your stay-ideal for when you fancy a night in.
Bedroom 1 has the option of either a king size bed or two singles beds (please specify preference upon booking as default set up is king size) two bedside tables and hanging space for clothes.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and two beside tables along with a dressing table. There is also hanging space for your clothes.

There is a small garden area to enjoy during your stay-perfect for the summer evenings.
It is a 20-25 minute walk from Margate station to the flat or a 5-minute taxi ride which will cost around ÂŁ4. The Loop bus runs along Northdown Road and takes you around Thanet to Broadstairs and Ramsgate and there is a more infrequent bus on Eastern Esplanade that runs into Margate Town.
The apartment is located within the basement area of the block therefore you will need to use stairs. There is no lift available in the block.
