Bring the whole family to our home away from home!
Superb outdoor space, including a large dining/entertaining area with feature palm tree enjoying wide ranging views towards Dartmoor. A seating area with comfy chairs to relax and enjoy the view really make this a fabulous relaxation space. A 6m x 4m heated pool is available from April-Sept and a climbing frame provide outdoor entertainment for the whole family.
Fully equipped kitchen, dining room to seat 8 and a comfy lounge which leads through to a conservatory âGin Barâ.
Highspeed Internet is provided throughout the house and there are 2 smart tvs in the lounge and bedroom 4.
2.5miles from Plymouth city centre and very close to the A38 Devon expressway makes it is easy to explore Devon and Cornwall.
Top floor
Bedroom 1 has an en-suite, king size bed with comfortable mattress topper and plenty of wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2 has a comfy double bed.
Bedroom 3 is mainly set up as a childrenâs bedroom with 2 full size single cabin beds with a variety of kids bedding to make them feel at home. It is also suitable for adults if needed. Wardrobe space is available.
Full bathroom has a good size bath with shower overhead. It comes with shampoo/conditioner and shower gel provided along with towels for all guests.
There is a small study with desk and chair available for those who need to have space to work.
Ground floor
Fully equipped kitchen including coffee pod machine and air fryer.
The dining room has a feature dresser and large table which can seat up to 8 with long reaching views out towards Dartmoor.
Comfy lounge with 2 large sofas and a gas fireplace. A smart tv connected to the wifi gives free view channels access.
Conservatory âGin Barâ has a full bar set up and comfy chairs to relax in the sunshine with double doors opening into the outdoor entertaining space.

Large spacious bedroom with a king size bed which can also be split into 2 singles if needed. It also has a sofa area with a further smart tv offering a small snug area.
