A beautiful beach getaway! A stunning property with plenty of outdoor facilities in the spacious, west-facing garden, just a short walk to the beach hut which is available for guests to enjoy.

The property sleeps 8 guests. There are 3 double bedrooms in the main house 2 x double, 1 x small double, in addition 2single bunk beds in the cabin at the end of the garden(max weight on top bunk 65kg). There is also a double sofa bed in the main living area, in case guests would prefer to stay in main house!
The downstairs hallway provides access to the left to the utility room which contains a washer/dryer, electric powered clothes drying rack, additional clothes airers, iron and ironing board, various wet suits and jackets,
and additional storage space for your excess gear.
Also to the left is the main bathroom which has a brand new modern accessible walk in shower.
To the right the hallway gives way to the open - plan double living and dining area which contains TV, two sofas (one converts to a sofa bed), and over-sized dining table with bench seating. This room is filled with decor chosen to show off the local area and also the property’s original character.
The kitchen is neatly accessed off the dining room and is well equipped for cooking and home dining. Appliances include double oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (requires beans, kettle, and toaster. The area has a breakfast bar and bi-fold doors to the BBQ area that lets the afternoon and evening sunlight stream in.
Upstairs
The master bedroom is partnered with an en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower, and comprise double bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, night tables and bedside lamps. The master bedroom also opens
to a-garden- facing roof terrace with bistro table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or the sunset.
The second bedroom also contains a double bed, a chest of drawers, night stands and bedside lamps
The third bedroom has a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, night tables and bedside lamps.
A travel cot and high chair are available for the little ones.
Outside you will find a large sunny west-facing rear garden complete with:
Gas BBQ on the house-adjacent deck area at the bottom of the garden, both with an abundance of furnishings, perfect for relaxing and/or dining after a day at the beach.
The cabin (Den) at the bottom of the garden has bunk beds 65kg weight limit on top bunk, and plenty of indoor/outdoor toys and games. Also at the bottom of the garde is an outdoor play area with swing, slide and climbing area.
The multi purpose garden room has a desk to cater for working from home, and gym equipment.
