The guests have access to all of the studio apartment and communal kitchen space.
Guests do not have access to other apartments/studios inside the building or locked cleaning cupboard.

Tranquil Living Space:

This bright studio features a comfortable double bed, accommodating up to 2 guests. The space is designed for relaxation, a Smart TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a peaceful atmosphere for a restful stay. A private mini-fridge is also provided for your convenience, allowing you to store snacks and drinks right inside your room.

Private Bathroom Space:
Your very own ensuite bathroom is attached and inside the studio. This has an electric shower, toilet and wash basin.

Communal Space:
The communal kitchen offers a convenient counter space for preparing meals. While the kitchen is simple, it’s fully functional and provides all the essentials you need for your stay. Whether you're making a quick snack or preparing a meal, you'll have a clean, bright area to work in. Additionally, a washer is available for your laundry needs, making it easy to refresh your clothes during your stay. It's a great shared space for guests who enjoy cooking and need the convenience of washing during their visit.

To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form, which includes a simple rental agreement to our T&Cs and the provision of a government-issued photo ID (Driving Licence only) before we can provide any access details.

We also require the lead guest to be over the age of 21 years old.

The building's entrance and common areas are shared with other residents of the block. We strive to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and are always available to address any questions or needs you might have.

Additionally, there is a fully stocked kitchen but it is shared with the other studios in the apartment.
