ZenArt can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the sixth and top floor of the building, which is accessible via an elevator reached by climbing about ten steps.

The apartment is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen to meet all needs and tastes, with a dining table set up on a peninsula with bar stools, a stovetop, and an oven, making it ideal for family and friend meals. The open-plan living area features a spacious, comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed, a smart TV connected to the internet, and air conditioning. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and air conditioning. The elegant bathroom includes a sink with a mirror, bidet, toilet, and a large shower enclosure. The apartment also has a washing machine and a dishwasher.
