A delightful home nestled in the heart of Derby! Whether youâre here for a romantic weekend, a family adventure, a work trip, or a solo retreat, our cozy space offers everything you will need.
Step into a beautifully furnished living area that exudes warmth and comfort. With ample natural light and stylish dĂ©cor, youâll feel right at home. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertaining
The property has got a kitchen, w/c and living dining room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, the master having a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. The 2nd bedroom has got a king size bed, which be put as twins with 72 hours notification given before arrival. There is also a bathroom on the 1st floor, with bath and over shower.
The entire house will be yours when booked.
Please note that all bookings require a pre authorisation hold of ÂŁ200.00. This will be released after the cleaning team have confirmed no damage has been done to the property following departure.

Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight.
No unregistered visitors allowed after 10pm
Strictly no parties or events.
đ Noise
Quiet hours: 10pm â 8am.
Please be mindful of neighboursâthis is a residential area.
đ Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
You may smoke outside in designated areas only.
A cleaning fee will apply if the rule is broken.
đ§Œ Cleanliness
Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
Extra cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess.
đ¶ Pets
Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
đ Security
Always lock the doors and windows when leaving.
Do not share entry codes or keys with anyone not on the booking.
đ§ Damages
Report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
Guests may be charged for unreported damage.

Please turn off lights, heating, and appliances when not in use.
Do not tamper with fire alarms or safety equipment.
