Enjoy a fantastic time away in our stunning, five-bedroom barn conversion, right in the heart of the gorgeous Worcestershire countryside! Whether you’re looking for an idyllic walking retreat, a well needed family holiday, or a catch up with friends, our home is the perfect space for you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and rich heritage of the Cotswolds.

The property is set in half an acre of mature grounds, neatly tucked away from the main road in a quiet position with generous driveway parking. The flexible and spacious accommodation is laid out over three floors, with stunning wooden beams and a huge range of character-features throughout,

Downstairs offers a lovely farmhouse-style kitchen - well stocked with all the basics you need to cook up a storm, whether that’s a cosy family cooking night or a big breakfast to fuel you for a busy day of exploring the local area! We also have a large beautiful dining room so you can all enjoy meals and quality time together!

A cosy living room with substantial inglenook fireplace, comfortable sofas and a smart TV is perfect if you’re planning a film marathon or just reading a great book in front of the large log-burner. A second living room, also with comfortable sofa, offers fantastic views of the garden and a second smart TV.

Upstairs you’ll find our stunning 5 bedrooms, perfect for switching off and getting some well-deserved rest! Our home boasts 1 king size master suite with en-suite, 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, making this the ideal home for all groups, family or friends!

A large landing also boasts amazing views of the garden and is furnished with lots of cushions and bean bags(!) - a great space and play-area for children if the adults want the living rooms to themselves!

The nearby village of Broadway, often referred to as the `Jewel of the Cotswolds,` is just a short drive away. Stroll along its picturesque high street, browse boutique shops, and indulge in delicious treats at local tearooms. For walkers and nature lovers the surrounding countryside offers a network of scenic trails and footpaths; climb Broadway Tower for panoramic views that stretch across several counties, or meander through the rolling hills and quaint villages that define this iconic region. The Cotswold Way, a long-distance walking trail, passes nearby and offers opportunities for both short strolls and more challenging hikes.
The historic riverside market town of Evesham is a short 10-minute drive away, whilst the Roman spa-town of Cheltenham with its famous racecourse and shopping centres is a 20-minute drive.

History enthusiasts will appreciate the wealth of historic sites and landmarks in the area. Visit the stunning Hidcote Manor Garden, known for its beautifully designed outdoor `rooms,` or explore the treasures of Snowshill Manor, a National Trust property filled with eclectic collections. For a family-friendly day out, head to the Cotswold Farm Park or enjoy a ride on the heritage Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway.

After a day of adventure, return to the comfort of the Barn and relive your experiences while planning the next day’s activities. The local village pub is just a 2-minute walk from the barn and is also a superb Indian restaurant and takeaway!

Please note, we do have a travel cot available to use at this home but mattress and bedding for this is not provided, however you are of course more than welcome to bring your own.

**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**

A perfect place to stay for a group of old friends who meet once a year for a short walking holiday. We explored Broadway which is on the doorstep, did a circular walk around Winchcombe and had a curry at the Queen’s!

The Threshing Barn gets top marks in every way as a property.Pre-arrival info including exact location was comprehensive BUT it was sent to me only 24 hours before our party's departures from Switzerland, Sussex and Cambridgeshire. I had asked for info two or three times, weeks in advance. Exact directions were accurate and take you to a hidden lane tucked away behind 'Main Street’ and not visible on Google Street View.I had also asked if there would be a Xmas tree so the 8-year-old in our party could decorate it but that we would be happy to bring our own artificial tree if the owner couldn't provide one. We heard nothing except that the agent was waiting to hear from the owner. When we arrived there was a beautifully decorated Xmas tree in the lounge - lovely surprise but why not tell us?Another issue, for the owner and agent rather than for us, was that when we arrived there was no-one there to check us in but the barn was unlocked, so the key safe procedure wasn't needed.We would happily go there again so don't be put off by my nit-picking criticisms!

Freddie’s property was ideal for our family gathering. We had varying ages from 19 to 82 and one very happy dog with half an acre to roam in.The property was very well equipped for 10 people and lovely seating areas. Extremely well located for us personally as Evesham station was used by 3 of the family to Yorkshire and Oxford. The only comment I would make is that I was the only one with the Vrbo app and details of our stay, when we arrived there was no signal in the village so I couldn’t access the entry code. I had to go walkabouts and eventually found an EE hotspot, that was a very stressful time. Maybe a note to say write the code down for the reason stated. Altogether a lovely experience.
