Stunning modern floating kitchen with Teppanyaki and indoor BBQ grill, perfect for cooking that romantic meal for two. The kitchen has all the latest modern Siemens appliances oven, microwave, warming drawer, large fridge/Freezer and slim line dishwasher, this mini kitchen is any budding chef’s dream.

The living area with media its 65-inch Samsung TV, Sonos Sound bar and large designers guild cosy wool sofa with loads of soft cushions and fur throws perfect to curl up relax with a book, have a movie night in, catch up on your favorite box set or go back to basics and play a board game. In winter unwind while sipping a glass of wine or in the summer relax on the patio and watch the resident wildlife of ducks, rabbits and squirrels enjoying the immaculate grounds.

The master bedroom with its 65-inch Samsung TV, sumptuous Super king bed, pocket sprung mattress and soft as air duvet, pillows and fur throws to snuggle up on those cold winter nights, all perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep.

The Main bathroom with striking grey Porcelanosa feature tiles, large round stone bath with rainfall shower above and stone pedestal washbasin all with matte black finish taps and accessories, luxury local toiletries, soft fluffy towels and robes. Wake up early, open the plantation shutters and enjoy the sounds of the countryside while relaxing with a morning coffee, pastry and a visit from the resident ducks and rabbits. This truly is the perfect sanctuary.

The master bedrooms enjoys a private patio, the perfect location to enjoy a locally distilled rhubarb gin and tonic and enjoy the sunset or an early morning coffee while watching the local wildlife.

The Neighborhood:
Follow in the footsteps of Wordsworth, take a walk discovering the beautiful fauna and flora the Lake District has to offer, take a relaxing ride on an Ullswater steamer and enjoy a picnic watching the world go by on the side of the lake. Discover the historical locations of Penrith castle or the Cumbria’s stone circles of Castlerigg. The Lake District is a playground for thrill seekers, from gorge walking, abseiling, white water tubing or the calmer kayaking or archery. Enjoy the pool, Jacuzzi or gym after a spending the day exploring the area. The playground, crazy golf, chess or frisbee football will keep the whole family entertained for hours. Dine in the onsite restaurant Eden or in a choice of local gastro pubs, or dine alfresco with some locally sourced produce you have picked up from one of the many farm shops in the area.

Getting Around:
The nearest train station to Whitbarrow Village is Penrith North Lakes Railway Station, located approximately 10 miles to the northeast. This station is on the West Coast Main Line and is served by Avanti West Coast, TransPennine Express, and Northern services, offering connections to major cities like Glasgow, Edinburgh, and London.

Another nearby station is Oxenholme Lake District Railway Station, about 25 miles to the southeast, also on the West Coast Main Line. This station provides access to Kendal and other parts of the Lake District.

For those exploring the central Lake District, Windermere Railway Station is another option. While farther away, it connects to popular destinations such as Bowness-on-Windermere and Ambleside.

From Penrith North Lakes Railway Station, the 105/D1 bus route offers services to Greystoke Village, passing through scenic rural locations. While there is no direct bus route to Whitbarrow Village, taxis or other local transport options are available from the train stations to reach your destination.

It's recommended to check bus timetables in advance, as services may operate at limited times, especially on weekends or public holidays.
