Pat Pat's Beach House is situated in the grounds of a beautiful Grade 2 listed Georgian House and a 5-minute walk to Caister Beach.
A recently renovated property over two floors with an open plan ground floor so that you can enjoy your holiday hanging out with family or friends.

This property is suitable for families, groups of friends or couples looking for a relaxing break.

The space
The property sleeps 8 across 2 big bedrooms with plenty of storage. Both bedrooms come off of a large landing (This includes a sofa bed) with a Juliet balcony that overlooks the courtyard garden.
You will have private use of the courtyard garden including a gas BBQ, Rattan sofas and outdoor Dining table.
Enjoy looking up from your bed to the open top bedrooms vaulted ceiling with wooden beams.
– Bedroom 1: This is the master bedroom with a king bed, built in wardrobe, draws and TV. It has a large sash window overlooking your courtyard garden. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower and slipper bathtub.
– Bedroom 2: This room has a king bed and bunk bed, chest of draws and large wardrobe. Also equipped with a TV and 2 large sash windows
– Landing: This is a large bright landing area with a Juliet Balcony. A brilliant area for kids and adults to hang out and play board games, watch TV or read. The sofa bed is also located on the landing.
- Bathroom 2 has a shower, basin and toilet and is located off the landing.

Open plan: Kitchen, Dining room and Lounge.

Downstairs Cloakroom
Guest access
You can check in from 3pm and must vacate the property by 10am on your day of departure.

You will have private use of the front court yard (this has a gate if you have young children or pets) You will not have use of the rear garden as this is part of the main house.
