This spacious 100m2 third floor flat (with elevator) can comfortably accommodate 4 persons in 2 double bedrooms while a fifth person could use the sofa bed in the living room. There is one double air-conditioned bedroom with large wardrobe and one bedroom with study and sofa that turns into a double bed. All areas bathed in plenty of light as they have access to balconies offering views of the mountains and the surrounding area.

The flat has one recently renovated bathroom with shower cabin. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day and a large dining table suitable for 6 guests.

Among all the other electrical appliances, you will also find kettle, toaster, and Nespresso maker.

The flat offers a wonderful balcony overlooking the surrounding Athens mountains and additional sitting or dining area. The balcony sun shades can come in handy on warm summer days!

Our flat is located in the classic Athenian neighborhood of Ampelokipoi. You are in the heart of Athens so public transport (buses, trolleys & Panormou metro station) can take you to Syntagma and the Acropolis within 10 minutes. This is a buzzing neighborhood offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, theaters and art spots.

Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2025. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
