⚠️ WARNING: Check-in is from 3 pm to 9 pm. We kindly request that any delay be communicated as far in advance as possible, as in-person reception depends on availability and may not be guaranteed outside of these hours without prior notice.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ To ensure a smooth check-in and avoid waiting times, please inform us of your estimated arrival time at the accommodation. Our staff member responsible for check-in needs time to travel to the property.

⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.

⚠️ When leaving the accommodation, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting £100 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is carried out from 3 pm to 8 pm and our check-out is before 11 am. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. Bed and towel linen exchange service can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
