Capre is located on Tihany peninsula, one of the most sought-after areas around lake Balaton. The four-bedroom villa accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. The entire property is exclusively yours.
Upon arrival you will witness beautiful views of the lake and surrounding landscape.
The beach is just a short walk away down the stairs. You can actually jump into the water in 2 minutes:-)
Tihany Abbey and the old village are must see places. When it comes to attactions, the area has plenty to offer.
The two-storey building offers 134 square meters of space.
Downstairs, an open plan living room with a smart TV and a dining area with air conditioning welcomes you to relax inside. Also on this level, we have a kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need for cooking. There are a bean-to-cup coffee machine and a Nespresso capsule machine for your morning brew.
Capre features four individually air-conditioned bedrooms. Three bedrooms are with a double bed and TV, one bedroom is with two single beds. There are two bedrooms on each floor. All bedrooms have a bathroom with a shower. Two bathrooms are en-suite.
Bidet, hair dryer, 100% cotton towels (1 small and 1 large per person) and bed linen further enhance the quality of this holiday home.
The sunbathing terrace upstairs offers a bit of privacy and an even better lake view. A perfect place to enjoy a nice local wine in the evening.
Relax, enjoy the 6 person hot tub /jacuzzi/, garden shower and sunbathing or have a meal on a large terrace connected to the garden.
Capre is enhanced with a lovely back garden featuring an outdoor kitchen, a covered dinning area and a seating area with a lake view. Feel like having BBQ? There are a portable gas grill and a separate BBQ area with fire pit and surrounding seating to gather around the warmth of the fire. Gas cylinder is provided.
Free WiFi is available inside and outside.
Free parking is available for up to 3 cars on the street in front of the property. Additionally we have parking space for one car within the grounds.
Household detergents and cleaning tools are provided.
Pool towels, coffee capsules, laundry detergents are not provided.
