The open-plan living area boasts a stunning feature wall of glass that offers breathtaking distant ocean views, creating the impression of a living landscape painting. This bright and airy space encompasses the lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, making you feel right at home.

Special Requirements.

Compliance with legal requirements re identity. All property owners in Portugal are legally required to report tourist and guest information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras. To comply with legal formalities all guests must provide upon booking personal information for this purpose only. The information required is full name, date and place of birth, city and country of residence and passport number. The requirement is mandatory.

No pets – unfortunately, due to allergies issues we are not able to allow pets.

It is necessary for all guests to comply with the condo rules and regulations, as well as local laws. All the condo regulations are found in the guest’s welcome book.

For your holiday, you have exclusive use of the entire apartment. You can enjoy the shared amenities of the garden and outdoor swimming pool, as well as the secret seasonal roof top hot tub at your leisure. Additionally, there is ample parking outside the apartment.
