Summary:
Beautiful three bedroom house in the city centre - comes with 2 double & 1 single bed plus two full bathrooms and a separate WC downstairs - sleeps up to 5.
Tastefully furnished throughout and with all modern amenities.
The apartment comes with free secure parking on site for one car and a courtyard garden at the back.
Perfect for both families and business travelers.
The Space:
The house is located within a brand new Portland View development just 5 minutes walk from the city centre and Cabot Circus.
It enjoys private entrance and secure parking opposite. The downstairs area consists of a hallway and a large open plan living area with kitchen, dining space and comfortable sofas.
Patio doors open onto a private courtyard garden with some seating space - perfect to enjoy during summer!
There is also a small utility and a separate toilet downstairs.
Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms, one with an en suite and one full bathroom. The third bedroom comes with a single bed which offers plenty of sleeping space.
Guest Access:
The whole place is for your sole use, you will receive all your check in instructions 48 hours before your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Our Three bedroom flat is located just off the historical Portland Square in an amazing central location. You can walk to Cabot Circus within just a few minutes!
The Townhouse is placed minutes from Cabot Circus, close to St Pauls and Stokes Croft, as well as an amazing stay if you are needing to get to the pub!
Getting Around:
• To Temple Meads = 1.1 miles
• To City Centre = 0.3 miles
• To Montpellier Train Station = 0.6 miles
• To Clifton Down Train Station = 1.4 miles
• To Bristol Parkway = 4.7 miles
• To Bristol Airport = 8.5 miles
Other Things to Note:
There is one allocated parking space in a gated car park, if you need any more parking for additional cars there is pay and display in the surrounding areas.
This is not a party house, so please check the rules. There is a no noise policy after 10pm in the garden, please respect our neighbours.
Pots and pans are provided.

The car park was unavailable to me - and I needed a car park had a pay additional pounds to park after paying for a Virbo with parking. Not sure the place is cleaned after guest leave questionable. The manager was AMAZING SHE did all she could to help me find a missi g packing bag!!! Cheers to that

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this property. The place was very clean, warm, and comfortable throughout our visit. Everything was nicely prepared and fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The property itself was amazing and made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it and stay again!
