Home away from home.

Our stay was great.we were very comfortable and felt at home. This house has everything you may need to just get away. You can stay at this house and have a real staycation. The pool was great and the house was well stocked.

Lovely property. Very spacious with high quality furnishings. Quiet residential neighbourhood with good access to Disney via the I4. My only point for improvement would be the sunloungers by the pool, which I found uncomfortable.

Very nice and private with big pool

Very good and plenty of towels , TVs provided. Only one small issue is 3rd main bedroom with queen bed did not have access to toilet. Had to use the other bedrooms bathrooms. Otherwise excellent

I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the five-start review. As a point of clarification . . . there are three full bathrooms in the house. You do NOT have to go through another bedroom to get to the bathroom if staying in the 2nd queen bedroom. The main bathroom is the public bathroom with access from the family room (this bathroom has a second door connecting to one of the queen bedrooms). Bathroom two is inside the master bedroom, bathroom three is a "jack-and-jill" bathroom between the two twin bedrooms.

Definitely Returning!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean, beautiful inside and out, appliances looked brand new, and we spent as much time by the pool as we could. We also enjoyed the game room and enjoying a nice bottle of wine while watching TV together. We will definitely be returning for another stay. Since this place is so large, we are hoping to bring the whole extended family down for a fun Orlando stay here. This place is nice and close to all the fun in Orlando while still being able to step away from it for some quiet time at night. The house was easy to find and we could get to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld without having to hit any toll roads.

Fantastic Place to Stay in Davenport, FL

Beautiful, clean, well-decorated, home with gorgeous blue tile heated pool and spa; sunshine almost every day, above average temperatures this year 2023 and close to all Disney Resorts and Parks. Loved our experience there! We had an issue with ants in the pool probably due to little rain and high temperatures. The property manager and pool person jumped on the issue immediately and fixed it. We felt it was a transient issue.

Perfectly Perfect!

The house was clean, and very spacious for my family of 6. We came in December so the pool being heated was an absolute plus, and the hot tub was amazing! Loved having the pool table and air hockey in the game room. The kitchen was fully equipped for the days we cooked dinner at home. The house is EXACTLY as the pictures show it - Beautiful. There is a Publix, Walgreens, Dominos, plenty of gas stations less than 5 min away. Target, Walmart, Aldi, Five below, Dunkin’s, and many more other big shopping plazas all within a 10-15 min drive right on the main road so you only have to drive straight, and no crazy directions. But I used Walmart Delivery a lot to have things delivered while we drove home from the parks. But, yes we loved this house! The area was quiet and peaceful, neighbors we saw were friendly, and even with the bad traffic on Route 4 once we got on Route 4 we were less than 4 exits away from Disney (exit 62) so it always took us less than 30 minutes to get there. I Definitely recommend this house if planning a trip to Disney because of it’s quiet location.

INCREDIBLE Vacation Home!!

Our family rented this gorgeous home and we were ALL blown away by the sheer size of it. As well as the size of the pool and hot tub and the house overall. The 8 year old in our family said it was "THE BEST" vacation she's ever had. It was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need to make a big meal (minus the food of course). The owner called me back immediately when I had a question. The house was easy to get to and to gain access into. The washer and dryer are huge. Most of our family spent their time in the pool outside and not in the gameroom (although the gameroom looked wonderful). The child safety pool alarm was a great feature when going from the house out to the pool area. Everything worked and there is lots of storage space. The TV is a Roku TV which was great for the 8 year old in our party with it's Disney+, Netflix, YouTube, etc. We have already recommended this house to our friends and family. It truly is an incredible home

Très belle maison, conforme à la description. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. La piscine est suffisante pour se détendre. Environnement très calme. Pour info, à 35 minutes en voiture, avec un peu de circulation, des parcs Universal qui sont plus loin que Disney. Je recommande sans aucune restriction cette maison.

Winter get away.

Very nice property and location, amazing pool and spa. With kids in the house, we really liked the pool security of having to press the button before opening the door(s). The kitchen appliances were of very good quality and the kitchen was well equipped with kitchen items, dishes, glasses etc. The kids loved the bedroom themed decorations. Game room items in the garage were good without any problems, but could use some updating. Thanks!

Nice place to relax away from the busy of Orlando

Property managers were quick to respond to all correspondence. The time to theme parks was longer than we'd expected, a lot of traffic and construction in between. The pool was nice and private, and towels and toys provided were a bonus. A small sign by the sliding door about the pool alarm would have saved some noise before we found the operating instructions in the book. The neighborhood was quiet, and Target and Publix were close. Our one suggestion for improvement would be to fix the creaky master bed, it was impossible for one person to get in or out of bed without waking the other. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.

Holiday Disney 50th

This was our first VRBO booking. It was a great experience. The house was clean and had all the amenities. The pool and game room were a hit all day long with the grandkids. On the 2 days at Disney, it was nice to come back to a real home.

Perfect vacation!

We have stayed at other Florida properties over the years, and this one has been our favorite! The house is very large and very clean. Towels are well stocked, along with everything else you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub are amazing. We especially loved the actual hot tub on the cooler evenings. The owners and property managers are easy to get in touch with and incredibly responsive. They have clearly worked out a wonderful system that makes everything run very smoothly. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! We intend to stay here again when we come back to Florida in the future. We are afraid if we stay anywhere else now, it won't measure up to this one and we'll be disappointed. :)

Beautiful spot for getaways!

My little cousin actually ran across this home while looking for a vacation spot for her daughter's birthday. We wanted to be close to Orlando so we could visit but we also wanted some privacy due to covid. Even though this home is only about 30 minutes away from most of the attractions, traffic was really bad and and it took us a while to get where we were going in Orlando but this location was spot on. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the privacy and the pool in the back. Even though everyone in our party did not make it, the home was very spacious and and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We are already planning future trips.
