Luxury 5-Bed Golf Course Villa with Private Pool & Spa and Games Room

Broadmeadow Villa is situated on the twelfth fairway of the renowned Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club, offering a prime location. It is conveniently situated just 15 minutes from the celebrated Disney attractions.

The villa is a modern and spacious residence spanning approximately 3,000 square feet. It comprises a king-sized bedroom with a four-poster bed, three queen-sized bedrooms, and a twin bedroom. Additionally, there are three bathrooms.

The villa boasts ample living space, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. However, to ensure optimal enjoyment, we restrict party sizes to eight individuals.

A Games Room is also available for entertainment purposes.

The villa is elegantly furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It features a large flat-screen QLED TV, a Blu-ray player, a Bose MP3 Docking station, LED TVs in all bedrooms and the Games Room, and wireless internet access.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essential tools of a modern kitchen, including granite worktops, a stainless steel sink, stainless steel appliances such as a US-style Fridge/Freezer with Ice dispenser, a Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, and a separate laundry room equipped with an ultra-modern Samsung washer and dryer.

The rear of the house faces due east, providing ample sunlight from early morning to late afternoon. A covered area of the patio offers much-needed shade, while the view across the golf course is breathtaking. Pool heating is an optional extra at £175 per week.

Broadmeadow Villa caters to those seeking exceptionally high standards for their holiday or vacation home. However, it is not intended to serve as a party house or a venue for events or gatherings of individuals other than those staying at the property.

The three bathrooms are elegantly appointed with custom-made vanity units, granite or quartz worktops, soft-close toilet seats, large chrome-edged mirrors, and contemporary chrome fittings. The master en-suite is fully tiled with high-quality porcelain tiles on both walls and the floor. It features a customer twin vanity unit, a quartz countertop, waterfall faucets, a contemporary soaking tub with a floor-mounted chrome tap and handheld shower, a thermostatic shower mixer with a 12-inch rain-head shower from the ceiling, and a handheld shower and modern vanity with bath lights. Additionally, it has a separate toilet that is partially tiled.

The upstairs bathroom is equally well-appointed, also fully tiled with porcelain tiles on both walls and the floor. It has a usable bath, unlike the narrow and shallow baths that the builders seem to fit. It also features an 8-inch rain-head shower from the ceiling, a handheld shower, a glass shower panel, a toilet, a twin custom-made vanity unit with a under-mounted sink, a granite countertop, waterfall chrome taps, and a toilet.

The downstairs bathroom has been converted into a modern shower room, which accommodates individuals with accessibility challenges. It features a single custom-made vanity unit with an under-mounted sink, a granite countertop, waterfall chrome taps, a toilet, and a glass shower screen.

The games room in the large double garage has been professionally converted into a games room. It has a carpeted floor, a table tennis table, a pool table and pool lights, a large 47-inch LED TV, tennis racquets and balls, and three sets of golf clubs, two men’s and one women’s, complete with balls and tees.

For the convenience of small children, we have provided several facilities, including:

Shopping: There's apply opportunities to visit some of the areas famous shopping malls, which are well worth adding to you holiday agenda. The top two locally are the Florida Mall and the Mall at Millennia which both offer a contrasting shopping experience and there are a number or Ourlets shopping areas.

Florida Mall is the largest in central Florida, features more than 250 shops, with 6 large department stores and a 22 counter food court. Some of the big names include Saks 5th Avenue, Macy's, JC Penney, Sears, Dillards to name just a few. The Mall at Millennia is the smartest shopping venue in town which includes Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Macey's, Tiffany & Co, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Dior, Chanel etc.

High on you list of must visit shops is the Orlando Premium Outlets. With big name designers from Nike, Adidas, GAP, Polo, Dior, Hugo Boss, Coach, Reebok, Diesel, Timberland etc.
