It is also 30' away from Athens center and the airport. There are also many water sports to do and plenty of other activities. It's located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.Feel free to explore the amazing landscapes of Vouliagmeni and make yourself at home.

The space
This newly renovated ground floor studio is very cozy and it’s 17sqm. It has a comfortable sofa bed,1 dining table,1 bathroom, a big wardrobe,and plenty of other amenities. It has a beautiful and stylish decoration which will make you fall in love with it and make your stay as good as it can get. Every guest is welcome to our place and we hope you'll love it.

Enter the property. The apartment is on the ground level, 1st door to your right. You will find the key box on the wall next to the door. Enter the code and retrieve the keys. Once you enter the apartment, insert the electricity card that is attached to the key chain into the slot that is near the electricity board.

During your Stay

For hot water please push up the switch on the electricity board, that is in a down position (9 & 10). When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
Don't through the toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
