Built in a rustic style in 2009, the villa underwent a complete renovation in 2022, transforming it into a luxury holiday property. Spanning 424 m2, with a total estate area of 1,956 m2, the villa is fully air-conditioned and accommodates max 18, optimal 16 guests. It is 15 km from the nearest sea and close to the beautiful beaches of Poreč.

Villa Calluna offers a bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower curtain. The first floor features two spacious bedrooms. One includes a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) that can be converted into two single beds (90x200 cm) upon request, along with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The fourth bedroom, located near the main entrance, offers a double bed (180x200 cm) and a private bathroom with a bathtub and a shower curtain. The beautifully decorated living room boasts two sofas, a coffee table, a chair, and a romantic fireplace. For entertainment, there's a foosball table. Adjacent to the living area is a dining room with a table for 8 and a modern kitchen fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. Step onto the outdoor terrace and enjoy a 32 m2 pool with a depth of 1.5 m. The sun deck offers 8 loungers, perfect for relaxation under the sun. Guests can also prepare meals on a charcoal or wood grill.

Villa Cardamine features two bedrooms on the ground floor sharing a bathroom with a shower curtain and a bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), while the other features a double bed of the same size that can be converted into two single beds (90x200 cm). The first floor offers a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a comfortable sofa bed for two (160x200 cm), and a private bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom, located near the main entrance, has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a private bathroom with a bathtub and a shower curtain. Relax in the cozy living room on the ground floor, furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, and a television. Next to it is a dining area with an elegant table. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals for family and friends, to be enjoyed in the dining room or on the outdoor terrace. The terrace features a refreshing 32 m2 pool with a depth of 1.5 m. Eight sun loungers provide ample space for guests to unwind. Additionally, enjoy preparing meals on the charcoal or wood grill.

The villas cater to families with children, offering amenities such as a high chair and a crib. Additional facilities include a washing machine and an iron. A private parking area with space for 4 vehicles is also available.
