The two-level apartment is an ideal choice for couples or small groups of friends. The living room on the lower level serves as the perfect space for spending quality time together. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom that ensures a peaceful and restful stay. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, featuring a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The accommodation also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet for added convenience. The entire property is for rent, for your use and your friends (family) only! We are available every day, around the clock! We always respond to your messages promptly, but please only call in case of emergencies between 8 PM and 8 AM. Independent access is provided! Parking: Parking is possible on the nearby streets, but it is subject to a fee. Parking garages are also available a few minutes' walk away. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; however, there is a designated smoking area outside the apartment. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Parties and Events: Please refrain from organizing parties or events in the apartment. We respect our neighbors' peace and quiet. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!!
