The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for eight, and the sitting room has a TV. Outside, there is an enclosed rear lawn and large patio area with 8 seater dining table and chairs. Large 8 seater hot tub with lights. Off-road parking for three/four vehicles. Flat and even easy access outside and inside, ideal for guest with walking difficulties. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, in 0.2 miles you will find a pub, and within 0.3 miles, a beach. Three well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Child/baby friendly, High chair/cot available on request. Check-in after 4pm, check-out before 10am. The Beach Haven is a great holiday home located close to the beach. This property accepts a Friday changeover.
