Dowager Cottage in Penryn, Cornwall can sleep four guests in two bedrooms.
Dowager Cottage consists of a lower-ground-floor kitchen with a breakfast bar seating four, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a lower-ground-floor sitting room with a Smart TV, and a lower-ground-floor conservatory with dining seating for four. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with en-suite shower rooms, consisting of a twin and a double. There is also a snug on the mezzanine floor. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a patio, furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop in 0.4 miles, and a pub in 0.5 miles. Treat you and your loved ones to a stay at Dowgar Cottage. Note: There are a few steps up to access the garden. Note: The stairway is an open-tread spiral, so extra care is advised with pets and young children.
