Inside, the villa spans 150 m² and includes three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and dining room, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

The space

The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Fast internet throughout the villa, includes a Smart TV with international channels, a water softener system for the entire house, and a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen for drinking water. For families, a crib and highchair are available upon request.

Situated in a peaceful area at the foot of the Acantilado de Los Gigantes cliffs, close to Los Guíos Beach, natural pools, and the harbor, where guests can enjoy a variety of water activities. Supermarkets and essential services are just minutes away by car, making this an ideal base for a stress-free vacation.

There is free parking on the street right in front of the villa.

The villa is accessed through stairs, as it is on the second floor and is a duplex.

-The primary guest must be over 30 years old.
-For added security, a camera is installed at the main entrance, along with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers inside the property.
