This inviting modern ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing space for up to 4 guests.
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom complete with a shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom, equipped with two cozy single beds, is ideal for children or friend. Just outside the door, you'll find another family bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and heating to ensure you have a comfortable stay at any time of year.
The kitchen is fitted with all the essential appliances to make your stay hassle-free: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. The cozy living room has a sofa, television and dining table.
Outside, there is a spacious west-facing garden with a table, chairs and sunbeds, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying al fresco dining in our wonderful climate.
We provide bed linen, towels and a hairdryer to our guests, as well as free Wi-Fi in the property. A generous allowance of 20KW/day for electricity is included in the price (any excess is billed separately). Access to secure underground parking is also included in the price. We have applied a discount on our properties in Mediterranean Gardens due to the construction work taking place in the third phase of the development, scheduled for completion in December 2025.
Mediterranean Gardens is a newly built development in La Veleta, Torrevieja. This peaceful oasis features 4,300m2 of gardens with natural grass and two big summer swimming pools, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. If you're visiting in winter, there's also a heated pool that is maintained at a comfortable 28ÂșC. There is a lift in each block for easy access to the different levels. A discount has been applied to the price to reflect the building work taking place on the third phase of the development, although the apartment is within a safe and quiet distance.

Following the coast towards Torrevieja, we reach the famous sandy beach of Los NĂĄufragos, awarded with the blue flag and equipped with W/C, lifeguard and beach bar to enjoy the Mediterranean sea in total comfort and safety. On Torrevieja's emblematic seafront, just 20 minutes' walk away, a whole world of entertainment awaits, with various sports facilities and a host of bars, restaurants and leisure activities.
And with easy access to the national road and public transport network, all the great charms of the Vega Baja are within easy reach from Mediterranean Gardens. Within a 10 minute drive there are 2 large shopping centres, Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard, and the well-known golf courses of Campoamor and Villamartin are 20 minutes away.
