Central apartment in the Rambla area of Barcelona 2-1

Located in the famous neighborhood of El Raval. Enjoy staying in the heart of downtown Barcelona, just a few meters from La Rambla, where you can walk to the port or the famous Passeig de Gràcia passing by Plaça Catalunya. A beautiful place to experience living in Barcelona.

Our cozy apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, television, and a desk-type table. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a table for four. The apartment is fully equipped with all the utensils you will need during your stay.

You will not share common areas with other guests. Our apartment is equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant. You will have free high-speed Wi-Fi.

In the kitchen, you will find: a dishwasher, dishes, glasses, cups, a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, pans, and pots. The bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with sheets, towels, hand soap, body wash, and toilet paper. Please note that the supplies we provide are included upon arrival; however, replenishment or changes during your stay are not included.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You can also contact us if you have any issues in your apartment.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

ONLY TEMPORARY RENTAL FROM 32 DAYS TO 11 MONTHS.Utilities are included. You will need to sign a rental contract upon arrival, for which we require a photo of your passport or ID. The contract will include your personal details and your usual residence address. The number of keys provided at check-in will also be noted.

NO TOURIST CLAUSE:You are required to specify the reason for your stay. You must submit documentation that justifies your temporary stay in the city, such as a certificate of studies, a temporary work certificate, a medical study travel certificate, etc.

GENERAL RULES:Please be aware that we must maintain good relations with our neighbors and community. You must respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed. Please refrain from incurring fines. No parties or gatherings are permitted under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint or police intervention, you will be charged an extra fee along with the fine from the complaint.

Please inform us of your arrival time in Barcelona 24 hours before your check-in to organize your entry. If you do not inform us, you will have to wait the necessary time for us to arrive and hand over the keys.

Check-ins start from 3:00 PM. One of our agents will welcome you at the apartment, show you around, and hand over the keys.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at no charge.
Check-in after 8:00 PM incurs a fee of €30 payable in cash at the time of check-in.
In case of loss of the apartment keys, a fine of €100 will be charged for each set of keys. Do not leave the keys inside the apartment in the door lock, either during your stay or at check-out. This will cause the door to be unable to open from the outside, and you will have to cover the locksmith's cost for changing the lock.

For your safety, lock the door when you leave and take only the essentials with you when visiting the city, as pickpockets are common in Barcelona. Towels and bed linens are for the exclusive use of the apartment. If lost, an extra charge will apply. It is not permitted to hang bed linens or towels on the balcony or terrace. You may not accommodate more guests than agreed in the contract.
