Villa Avinent features a contemporary country house design, with cool tiles and comfortable furnishings that create inviting indoor spaces. It includes a double bedroom and a twin, making it perfect for a small family or a couple seeking the extra space and privacy that a villa offers over a hotel. The single-storey layout flows effortlessly, and for moments of solitude, there's a cozy mezzanine with sofas above the kitchen.
From the shaded terrace, you can gaze over the pool to the open fields and mountains beyondâan idyllic spot to start or end your day. Despite its tranquil rural feel, the villa is just a five-minute drive from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Llenaire. For shopping, donât miss the fantastic Sunday market, and enjoy the vibrant streets of Pollensa Old Town and AlcĂșdia, which offer a delightful selection of bakeries, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and bars.

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area equipped with a Smart TV, CD/DVD player, and Bluetooth speaker, with access to the terrace and garden. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and coffee maker. There is a double bedroom with a 150cm bed and an en-suite shower room with a WC, as well as a twin bedroom with two 90cm beds. Additionally, there is a separate shower room with a WC.
