Beautiful, spacious and newly refurbished townhouse in historical west Belfast.
Large living area and separate dining area - perfect for those family/friends catchups and dinner.
4 large bedrooms spread over the top 2 floors with 1.5 bathrooms. Separate utility area with washing machine and dryer.
Lots of amenities in the immediate vicinity and just 9 minutes by Glider to the city centre!
Lots of free parking nearby.
Large living and dining area with lots of comfortable seating - perfect for family/friends catchup.
Large kitchen with everything you could need for some home cooking.

Small outside patio area with seating
4 large bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with super king)
Large main bathroom with walk in shower
Free parking around the house.
*PLEASE NOTE* Absolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. Such occurrences will quickly be brought to our attention and the stay will be cancelled immediately without refund.
We have to be strict on this policy as this is a residential area and we do not want to create a disturbance for our neighbours who are going about their day to day lives.
Please do not book if you feel you cannot adhere to this.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
