Beautiful accommodation within easy walking distance of town centre

Superbly appointed accommodation, couldn’t want for anything more and a lovely welcome pack on arrival with all of the essentials to get our stay off to a great start. Definitely recommend.

Spacious well equipped cottage with great access to walks & towns

The cottage was very well equipped and the contact, access and check out procedure was very efficient. Furnishing are beautiful and there is plenty of space. Having ensuite bathrooms was fantastic. My only negatives were that the kitchen utensils were a bit lacking - there was a breadknife and one large knife but no small knife for preparing fruit & veg. Also it would have been great if salt and pepper was provided. But these are really just minor niggles. We loved our stay!

Fabulous Property in Convenient Location

Really lovely house with everything we needed, including a much appreciated welcome hamper. The property was totally spotless and very well maintained. The only small thing I would add is some curtains at the bay window and maybe some pictures on the walls of the lounge, just to soften it a bit - all other rooms were lovely. We had a problem getting onto the wi-fi at first but turning it on and off again seemed to work.

We all feel energised after a lovely relaxing time at Eller Cottage, Windermere

The property was so comfortable and had everything needed for a family holiday. The rooms were spacious and there was a television in all the bedrooms as well as the sitting room. The house was spotless, it was convenient for shops both at Windermere and Bowness on Windermere. The vase of fresh flowers was a lovely welcoming touch. We couldn’t fault the house in any way.

Truly fabulous! Eller Cottage is a gem of a property in Windermere

We all absolutely loved Eller Cottage, it’s a comfortable, well equipped home in easy walking distance to Windermere and Bowness On Windermere. We cannot fault this beautiful home and almost want to keep quiet about it as it’s incredible special.

An absolutely perfect, faultless stay! Accommodation was beautiful and in the most perfect location. The entire home was clean, modern and well presented. Communication from owners was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to book again when we return to the lakes next year.

Beautiful property, exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Good quality TV in living room and bedrooms with all the built in apps you might want. I dont think it was mentioned in the ad, but there is parking round the back of the property for one vehicle, and there is on street parking out the front which does not require a permit, obviously on street can't be relied upon but we had no problem.One thing to mention is that I had sent some messages on VRBO asking about the parking which weren't answered, and I was getting worried something might go wrong last minute, but everything was fine. They called about a week in advance to confirm the bed configuration I wanted, and the day before they called to take a deposit and emailed travel instructions which were very clear.
