Welcome to our charming and inviting property, conveniently located in only a short walk from the city centre of Carlisle and 6 minutes drive from the M6 motorway. This delightful home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal retreat for your stay. Whether youâre here for a short getaway or an extended stay, our home provides a welcoming and comfortable base to explore the history of Carlisle and beyond. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring you have a memorable stay.

Our home is located in a quiet residential area consisting of families with a friendly and safe feel to the area. There is space for parking on the street. Officially this is a permit and disc zone. Discs are provided in the home. If more discs are required, these can be obtained from local shops for free Shops are within walking distance including a pub, takeaways, coffee shop and convenience store (groceries). The city centre is a 15 minute walk from our home.
Our property is conveniently located just a 6 minute drive to the M6 motorway allowing you travel north to Scotland or South further into England conveniently. Carlisle city centre is only 1.2 miles from our home.
Guests must be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed
This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
Guest must agree with our T&C's before staying with us! (Signed)

Loud excessive noise especially during quiet hours will result in a ÂŁ250 charge and immediate removal off of the premises
