The Space:

The recently built villa is a contemporary style property with amazing ocean and sunset views. On the main level, the living room is comfortably furnished with striking white sofas and armchairs in front of the large windows overlooking the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the same space and features a round table for six guests, as well as an opening through a bar onto the covered terrace. Modern and cozy, the living room is quiet and refined, in front of the view over the waters of St-Barths and the tropical garden planted with palm trees, like a poetic dream coming true.



At the front, the terrace offers a covered area furnished with an outdoor living room with sofas and glass coffee tables, as well as a dining area for ten guests close to the open kitchen bar. You will be amazed by the beautiful red grand piano, in front of the deep blue horizon. Below this cozy area is the long, sparkling swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas housing a comfortable sofa; at the other end of the pool, you’ll find a pool table. The shade of the palm trees creates very private areas with hammocks in front of the ocean view. Finally, an outdoor massage area is also available in a private area of the property, as well as a pool surrounded by stones with authentic charm.



The villa consists of six bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Three of them are on the main level and open onto terraces, one with a jacuzzi, the fourth one is located on the lower level, close to the fitness room, and accessible via an outdoor staircase. The fifth and the sixth bedrooms are in two separate, very private bungalows in the garden. They all open onto terraces, views over the ocean or the tropical garden, in a soothing and peaceful decoration.
