Detached Bungalow Near Beach & Dog Friendly

Tremeer is a modern, single-storey detached property, comfortably furnished and ideally located within walking distance of the beach. Designed for relaxed coastal living, the layout is bright and airy with contemporary open-plan living spaces that make it easy to unwind together after a day by the sea.

The property offers two well-proportioned bedrooms. The main bedroom sits at the front of the house with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom overlooks the garden and features twin 3’ single beds that can be linked to form a super king. A modern bathroom completes the accommodation, with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

To the right-hand side of the property is a spacious open-plan living area, combining a comfortable lounge with TV, dining space and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, making longer stays just as easy as short breaks.

Outside, Tremeer boasts a large, fully enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing, with views towards Winterton Lighthouse. Off-road parking for two to three cars is available at the front of the property, and warm and cold outdoor taps are provided to rinse sandy boots and muddy paws after beach walks.

Tremeer welcomes up to four dogs free of charge. Dogs are welcome throughout the property and allowed on furniture when throws are used.

Brilliant stay

Such a comfortable holiday cottage

We were so pleased with our stay at Tremeer, the property looks lovely from the outside and just as good inside. The rooms are very spacious, a well fitted kitchen, the main bedroom is large and the super king size bed very comfy. The garden is surprisingly large for a holiday home, great for dogs especially as it totally enclosed. We would definitely recommend this property and are looking forward to going back.

We loved staying at this holiday let. It is well-equipped, super clean and beautifully decorated. Dog-friendly with a lovely enclosed garden. Great break

Great bunglow in a peaceful village. Its a real home from home with everything you need for a relaxing break, comfey beds and sofa and a well equiped kitchen. The garden is perfect for the four legged ones to run around in, and the welcome gifts give a lovely start to your break. The near by dunes and beach give a good choice of walks near by so you dont have to go far to have your own space. Nice chip shop, pub, tea room in the village as well as a small local shop. Great place to stay in a wonderful quite villege.

A perfect stay for us and our dogs

We loved our stay in Winterton on Sea. It’s a small village with a few shops, tea rooms and fish and chips. The bungalow is very comfortable with plenty of room. The garden is secure which was great for letting our dogs out between walks. So many walks from the door too. The dunes are spectacular I thoroughly recommend a visit.

Superb cottage and location

Booked Tremeer for a post Christmas break. Our first visit to Winterton on Sea after many years visiting Norfolk. Tremeer is a beautiful property, spotlessly clean with great parking and a large safe and secure garden for our dog. Great communication with the property owners who allowed us an early check in. We will definitely return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stunning house

We’ve stayed in winterton-on-sea for a few years now in different homes but tremeer was by far the best one so far. It had everything you could ask for location, close to the beach and shops. The garden was amazing my little cockapoo Luna loves all the space, nice and quiet even with the main road at the front. We had a issue with the washing machine and Amanda the owner was on it straight away with getting us a new one the day after,the house was nice and clean with everything in it you would need. We would love to stay again it was perfect.

very good property

very comfortable..Has everything one needs.Very good kitchen area and comfortable lounge. 2 decent sized bedrooms. .Good location as only 8 min walk to beach. Best feature is huge garden and 2 excellent sitting areas. Given the hot weather the garden was so great to sit in once the sun had passed over. V very good welcome pack. The property was very clean. Long weekend at Tremeer

We booked Tremeer last minute and what a good decision it was! It was like home from home. A welcoming message, in addition to a basket of treats for humans and our pups were in place for our arrival. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The garden was loved by the dogs as were the walks along the beach. Came back home (reluctantly) relaxed and refreshed. We will be back :) …
