You will find a fully prepared kitchen to prepare your meals. Equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, crockery, cutlery, various kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, water boiler, toaster, magic wand and Nespresso coffee machine.

This apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, flat screen television and air conditioning.



The Paraíso Sol da Rocha apartment is located in a building consisting of 2 blocks, with several lifts. The condominium features a BBQ area, outdoor swimming pool, heated indoor swimming pool all year round, a tennis court and a narrow garage space.
