Our charming beach house is the perfect escape for friend groups of up to four. Located just steps from the beach, the house features two bedrooms and a cozy living area equipped with a sofa, TV, kitchenette , and utensils for your convenience. A highlight of the property is the rooftop terrace, offering panoramic ocean views and a barbecue grill, ideal for outdoor dining. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, sunbathing, or watching the sunset, this terrace is the perfect spot to relax.



This property is a self-check-in property, you will be required to fill out an online check-in form or to send forward your identification before having access to the property. Check-in starts at 4pm. Early check-ins are subject to availability and confirmation.

Our properties have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property and for hosting parties or events. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached, we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of 150€.

Please note that for the first few days of your stay, we provide the basic amenities: hairdryer, towels, soap, shower cap, body lotion, toilet paper, water, kitchen roll, tea and coffee capsules, sponge, detergent, multi-use disinfectant, bin bag, capsules for dishwasher and washing machine, bucket, mop and broom.

For stays longer than 30 days, we require an intermediary cleaning of the apartment free of charge. However, should the fair use of amenities and utilities be misused, extra charges will be applied.
