Ocean Walk est une communauté de copropriété pittoresque à distance de marche et en vélo du quai Village, des magasins et des restaurants, ainsi que de la plage. Le très grand campus offre un parc comme un cadre avec des chênes centenaires qui somment les différents bâtiments. Les palmiers et les feuillages colorés forment les deux grandes piscines dont l'une est chauffée. Les autres équipements de la communauté incluent un étang de canards important avec une fontaine, un centre de remise en forme, un court de tennis et une aire de jeux pour enfants. Ocean Walk P-13 un condo au rez-de-chaussée, accueillant les animaux de compagnie avec une chambre et 1 salle de bain complète. Grand salon avec une grande télévision à écran plat. Island vacation!

This was a beautiful vacation for my husband and I. This condo was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. This was our first time at the island and loved it. It was located within walking distance to the pier, water front restaurants and shopping. Yes, we will be back!

Great condo

Loved the one bedroom condo. It was perfect for our need. Very,very clean! It’s my second time in this complex and I definitely will stay again.

Good location.

We wanted a quiet escape for a bit. The location is good for walking. Biking or a golf cart would be much better. We ended up driving our truck everywhere. Parking can be a challenge later in the evening but tolerable. The walls are thin and the upstairs neighbor is a heavy walker. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes pans and such.

The only minor issue we found was that the shower curtain had mildew. The check in and check out process was easy and fast.

More towels were would have been nice to have bikes and beach chairs and beach towels available. Smoke alarm was blaring when we first entered the unit. We had to pull it off of the wall in order for it to stop.

Awesome Getaway

Located roughly 1.5 miles from the beach, it was the perfect getaway. Great access to all the local eats and shopping! The condo is perfect for a two people. Only note, if you need to do laundry, you’ll have to pay to use laundry machines in a nearby building.

This was a beautiful place. The property was very pretty and family oriented.

My son enjoyed the pools and riding his bike throughout the complex. It was nice to see so many families with children that he could also play with. It was a bit further than I expected from the beach, but so convenient to everything. Definitely recommend!!

St Simons Respite

Ocean Walk is a great complex. Quiet, to be so busy, and very well maintained. OW P 13 is comfortable, the kitchen is adequately stocked for those who want to cook in. The Pier Village is within walking distance as are plenty of restaurants to chose from and a great dog park.

Enjoyable stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Air conditioning worked effectively although the unit is outside the bedroom window and noisy at night. We did have a problem with noise from the apartment above, loud footsteps and on Sunday afternoon it sounded like they were sanding the floor!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was excellent. The location, the cleanliness and the surroundings were perfect. This is our second year to use Real Escapes and it will not be our last. My husband fell and broke his hip on our second day and we were not sure if we were going to have to extend our stay. The office staff jumped into action and immediately found us another rental if we needed it. There are not enough good things to say about Real Escapes.

Great location! Condo extremely clean and well maintained

I have stayed at many VRBO locations and this condo was one of the top 3! Extremely clean, well kept places we have ever stayed at. Location is perfect to walk downtown and near several restaurants. Beautiful parks in the area as well. The condo community had two nice pools as well. Would highly recommend and plan on staying here again in the near future
