Real Escapes Properties a le plaisir d’offrir à cet établissement St. Simons Island Haven. La maison est à quelques pas de la rue Simons Village / Pier. La maison est équipée de trois grandes chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. Il y a du parquet, deux télévisions à écran plat, une cuisine bien approvisionnée et une cour arrière clôturée avec une grande terrasse ainsi qu'une tonnelle en bois parfaitement ombragée pour recevoir famille et amis. The house is a wonderful old cottage. It has a lot of charm. It is located in the village area of the island. You can walk to restaurants and stores. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs. They also enjoyed napping on the deck.

Spacious house with a nice backyard. The location was perfect. It’s a short walk to the restaurants in the Village and a short drive to the beach.

The location was excellent, close to the Pier Village and restaurants. No issues however this is an older home. The floor by the main door is warped badly. We used the kitchen entrance during our stay. We also killed multiple insects that made their way in. The fenced in backyard was nice for our dog. Mosquitoes were thick in the evening.

Great location and large space

The location was fantastic (although can be a bit tricky pulling out into the street because of the curve), but it is close to the Village and easy to walk around. All the rooms were quite spacious and had a very nice sized living room, which was fantastic for the little ones to play in. The only real issue was the cleanliness, as it had definitely not been properly dusted or floors cleaned. It might have been related to the big winter storm from the week prior so maybe the cleaners were not able to come or spend the necessary time to clean.

Just perfect!

I love this home and the location. It was perfect for my husband, 3 teenagers, dog, and me. The backyard is fully fenced for the dog. The master suite was almost in like a separate wing than the other bedrooms. It’s pretty much in the village, so the teenagers can wander. The walking distance beaches are available at LOW TIDE. Otherwise a short drive to beaches at high tide.

Little Pink House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd stay at the little pink house. We absolutely enjoyed it. The house has charm and you can bring your dogs too. It is a dated home and the backyard is overgrown and very dark at night. The back porch light won’t stay on. One of the recliners is broken and needs to be replaced. But thereis plenty of space to stretch out and it’s so close ( a 3 min walk) to shops, food, lighthouse, dog parks etc. The beds are very comfortable too. BTW the only thing pink in this house is the tile in Jack and Jill bathroom. What this home lacks in frills it makes up In convenience and accessibility to all of the south end fun! Bring your bikes, kids and dogs and enjoy island time!

Wedding Vacay Stay

The property was beautiful. Very close to a lot of little shops and restaurants with a pier just down the strip. Over all everything went smoothly, we had a small incident with the toilet stopping up but luckily we called the after hours number and they had someone out to fix the issue the next morning! Real Escapes was awesome to book with but every time we reached out to the property owner we didn’t get a response. We had 6 adults and my teenage brother stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. My wedding party came out and got dresses at the home and everyone really enjoyed it! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company was attentive. The house was clean, but the property was in terrible shape. It needs a huge amount of work. In addition, there was nothing provided. We had to buy soap, coffee, you name it, it wasn't there. I own vacation rentals, and this is the first time I have stayed at a place including my own, with absolutely no supplies, expect a role of toilet paper and 1 roll of papertowels. The house was in need of repairs and not taken care of. This is the third time you wanted a review, and the third time I am sending it.

Charming house, great location

The house is a little shopworn, but it is a charming well laid out property and the location and price can't be beat. We brought out dog and three children, and we walked everywhere around SSI village. It's not fancy, but it has everything you need. The only time you need to get in your car is when you head to the beach a short drive up the road.
