Lovely place to stay in Whitstable

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Seabreeze it is bright, modern, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Comfy beds, well fitted kitchen with ample utilities, parking under the building. Only a short walk to the town and nearby beach.

Weekend stay

A lovely ‘cottage’, very cosy with handy parking. A lovely location and only 5mins from the seafront. The accommodation had everything we needed, well-equipped kitchen, great lounge and comfy beds, and that all made for a very enjoyable weekend break. Hoping to make a return visit very soon

We had an excellent four week stay at Sea Breeze in Whitstable in August 2025. The accommodation is well located and appointed for a family stay, or for three couples.

Comfortable Property Within A Convenient Location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. The property was clean, modern and comfortable with the added benefit of being in an ideal location. Shops, cafes and pubs were within easy reach, whilst the sea front and town centre were not too far away. For those wishing to venture further afield, there were bus stops nearby and the railway station was within a ten to fifteen minutes walk. The house was well equipped, although ideally we would have liked the washing machine in the utilty room to have been accompanied by a tumble dryer. We also struggled a little with the operation of the TV and Sky box - perhaps the Welcome Guide could be updated to provide suitable instructions for those unfamiliar with this equipment.

Heatwave

A very clean, comfortable and homely stay at sea breeze in Whitstable. Having a parking spot in a cool space was a real bonus in the hot weather. Only drawbacks were that in the heat this is a vey hot house with no fans available to use. We needed to sleep with windows open and unfortunately there was a busy, noisy car park situated directly next to the house. Other than that this was a fantastic house to stay in. Only a short walk to the sea and the town centre.

Great base

This is a great base for your stay on north Kent coast. Clean, comfortable and great location. Close to the high street but in a quiet road. Lots of interesting shops and loads of good restaurants. Short walk to the beach or Harbour.

A very well presented property with a lot of high-end features. Nicely decorated and well prepared for our arrival. More like a home than a rental.Ideally situated within Whitstable. Shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants only a few minutes walk away and the beach about a five minute walk in the opposite direction. Nice play area for children to let off steam almost opposite.The covered, private parking spot is immediately behind the property and luggage can be offloaded at the back door. If you have more than one car there is a public car park immediately adjacent to the property.Would definitely stay again.

Great location for a short break

We had a very enjoyable break in this well appointed town house. It was very clean and comfortable, although coming from a ground floor flat our knees did feel the stairs! It’s in a great location for the beach and high street, not to mention the nearby park for quick dog walks. Arriving and leaving in the rain was easy due to the linked undercover garage. Overall highly recommended.

Simply fabulous

We had a fabulous 7 nights here. We felt instantly relaxed as we entered the property as it was clean, modern and fresh. The location was excellent and the facilities in the house were more than we could have hoped for. We took a retractable dog gate for the front gravelled area which really allowed us to make use of it for our dog too. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again , thank you .

Sea Breeze was an absolute breeze

This property was faultless, spotless and so convenient. Parked up the car when we arrived and did not use it until we left. Smart modern 3 storey house with every facility and a great first floor terrace.

What a beautifully decorated place to stay .

Great location , beautiful decor . Bright and airy . I love the little things that you rarely get . For instance , a key box by front door . Soap in every bathroom along with dishwasher tabs , enough mugs and glasses etc . Kitchen roll and foil . I know a lot of people don’t bother even if they are provided but coasters for the tables to keep nice . ( I can’t put a mug or glass down without a mat ) thinking of these things goes a long way of reminding guests if they want a well looked after holiday home to stay in then everyone has to do their bit to keep them nice .

Spacious,well equipped townhouse

We have stayed at several properties in Whitstable and this is our favourite. It is perfectly located, close to both the High street and the beach ,with the bonus of a small green opposite and covered parking at the rear. The property itself is very comfortable and well equipped with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Being a townhouse there is inevitably a fair amount of climbing up and down stairs so this may not suit everyone but the stairs are carpeted and have handrails so feel safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Family weekend

Easy to find, park and access. House clean though inside the wardrobes were dusty. Plenty of room. Enough towels for washing but could do with small towels being left in all the bathrooms for drying hands. Beds a little uncomfortable for us but we’re used to Tempur mattresses due to sore backs. Would benefit from some fans in the bedrooms as was quite warm at night but sleeping with windows open was noisy due to the car park next door, people leaving the pub and the early-rising seagulls! Great location and great to have a parking space as well as some outdoor space. Overall, a good house and I would stay there again.

Excellent house with parking

We have visited Whitstable several times and this is the best house we have stayed in. It feels light and spacious inside and has all the benefits of a new property including a lovely shower, comfy bed, plenty of seating and the real plus of an underground parking space ( a decent size space but next to a pillar so a little tight for unloading). There is also a public car park next to the house which is useful but obviously a little noisy at times if you have windows open. The location is fantastic; tucked behind high street, next to a green with a small play area and only a few minutes walk to the beach. As this is a town house a stay does require a fair amount of going up and down stairs but was not a deal breaker for us and we would definitely choose this property again.

Ideal location, short walk to the sea front or the High Street. Really nicely town house. Has a home from home feel about. Credit to the owners. Would be happy recommending it to my friends and family.
