The ground floor has a large, and sociable open plan kitchen/dining room, with bifold doors opening up onto the lovely garden, abundant with shrubs and wildflowers. There are two reception rooms, one with a TV and wood burner for cosy evenings, the other one is perfect for some quiet time reading or playing board games. On the lower ground floor is a games room with a table tennis table; a really useful utility room, great for storing wet items after a day at the beach, and in the sea; and a luxurious bathroom with roll tap bath, for a long, leisurely soak. Upstairs on the first and second floors are the four beautifully decorated bedrooms, shower room and separate cloakroom. Outside, there is a patio and long enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing and alfresco dining. Whitstable is a vibrant and buzzing seaside town, full of history and charm with a working harbour and fish market. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
