This delightful two-storey detached home, arranged over two levels and connected by an internal staircase, combines comfort and practicality and offers FREE parking in a narrow driveway that fits two vehicles parked one behind the other. The driveway is shared with another property we manage, so advance booking is required. The home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a bright open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. For added convenience, one bedroom includes its own private kitchenette.

As a host, I chose Little Venice because it offers something truly special in London: a calm, picturesque setting right in the heart of the city. The canals, tree-lined streets, and hidden gardens create a peaceful, village-like atmosphere that feels worlds away from the bustle yet you’re still minutes from everything.

What I enjoy most is the balance. You can start the day with a walk along Regent’s Canal, pass houseboats and quiet cafĂ©s, then stroll to Hyde Park or Kensington Gardens. In the afternoon, you’re close to Oxford Street, Marylebone, and Notting Hill for shopping, markets, and dining, before returning to the tranquillity of the water in the evening.

The neighbourhood has character and charm - families love the Paddington Bear statue, while culture seekers enjoy the Canal Café Theatre and Puppet Theatre Barge. Dining is wonderfully diverse, from canalside brunches at Darcie & May Green to Italian favourites at Café Laville and authentic Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine along Edgware Road.

The layout is especially versatile, with multiple sleeping options from double beds to sofa beds - making it easy to accommodate different group sizes. Thoughtful touches like board games, books, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV add to the relaxed, lived-in feel.
