Consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and breakfast/dining bar for four and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a first-floor king-size zip/link bed which can be made into two singles on request (please request this at least 72 hours before your stay). There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a balcony with furniture and harbour views, plus designated parking place for 1 additional parking spaces on the harbourside (subject to availability). 1 small dog welcome. Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms, and we ask that guests provide throws/blankets if dogs are using the lounge furniture. This is for the comfort of all of our guests. Sorry, no smoking.
