Oxford Family Trip
A great location and lots of space for everyone- including the lovely back garden. We provided feedback about the need for more kitchen utensils/implements and serving dishes, better fitting sheets and bedding, and the difficulty we faced with putting out the garbage. The hosts were very responsive and hopefully some of these suggestions will be addressed.

Lovely home
The house was lovely with great proximity to Waitrose (very handy for us). The kitchen was not very well equipped and we had to buy several kitchenware items including baking dishes, cheese grater, potato peeler and serving dishes. We were there for family Christmas so these items were important. There were a couple of maintenance issues - lose toilet seat and lose shower rose. The house was very clean, good light and lots of nice spaces for a large group.

The property was perfect for seven friends having a weekend in Oxford. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The kitchen would have benefited from extra equipment. The bedrooms were comfortable, though a top floor bedroom had no mirror, storage or bedside table. The bathrooms were great, but the top floor shower had a leaky joint.The outside area was a bonus as we had good weather, but the plants were not maintained and the solar lights broken. We did take photographs of some staining and marks on walls, carpets and a mattress in case the proprietor needed to see them.The above niggles were minor and overall we had a lovely time and enjoyed the property.

We also really appreciate your constructive feedback. Thanks to your note, we’ve now fixed the issue with the top floor shower joint. The property has since been booked in for a deeper clean, and we’ll be refreshing the outdoor area, and reviewing the furnishings in the bedroom.
