Apartments Sipa is ideally situated as it is just outside The City Walls and stone's throw away from everything Dubrovnik has to offer, whether one is interested in historic Old City and its many sights or basking in the Mediterranean sun and swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
Distance to centre of the city is 1,0.
Continuing straight down the street of the property, the north entrance of the Old Town is reachable within 10 minutes (600meters) without steps.
Parking is private, on site and chargeable (20 euros per day), reservation is required.

This lovely two bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view is perfectly fit for up to five people. It features WiFi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dining table. Apartment also provides an iron and ironing board. One of the bathrooms includes bathtub, washing machine and a hair dryer while the other one includes shower cabin. A balcony with a view and a side terrace, both with outdoor furniture are at your disposal.

Guests can explore sights such as the City Walls, Stradun, Rector's Palace and many more that this UNESCO heritage site offers or relax at one of the many cafes and restaurants. Divine pebble and sandy beaches Banje and St. Jacob are nearby. Cable car which offers stunning views of Dubrovnik and is a great photo opportunity is only few minutes away from the apartment. Nature reserve Lokrum Island is another must see with beautiful botanical gardens, untouched beaches and historic monuments.
Grocery stores, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the area, as well as bakeries and ATM's.

Dubrovnik main bus station and ferry port are 4 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21 km away.

Just sitting on the balcony at different times of the day and enjoying it,\r\nThe host was very nice , She let us in at 8:30 in the morning when we arrived and let us stay till 3 in the afternoon the last day,\r\nThe kitchen had everything,,\r\nThe location: it is a short walk to the old city but on the way back there are alot of stiers (200), But it got easier when we got in shape\r\n,tip: the best stiers were the ones on Maslinate street, \r\ntip 2: To go to the beach go down strate to Hotel Argentina, Go into the hotel through the lobby, and take the left lift to flat zero, walk a cool tunel and accept the towels given to you, for some reason they let everyone in, This is the best beach,

Ik heb een paar weken op afstand gewerkt vanuit Sipa Apartments. De locatie is erg dicht bij de oude stad, waardoor het makkelijk was om tussen vergaderingen door even te lunchen of koffie te halen. Het balkon met uitzicht op zee was een welkome toevoeging, waardoor ik even kon ontspannen en van het uitzicht kon genieten. De wifi en airconditioning maakten mijn verblijf comfortabel en productief.

We kregen waar voor ons geld met ruime kamers die perfect waren voor ons gezin van vijf. Doordat het strand zo dichtbij was, konden we de hele dag zwemmen of ontspannen aan het water als we de nabijgelegen historische bezienswaardigheden niet aan het verkennen waren. Ik vond het een betaalbare prijs gezien wat we tijdens ons verblijf kregen.

Deze accommodatie ligt net buiten de stadsmuren, wat ik tijdens mijn bezoek erg prettig vond. Hierdoor kon ik historische bezienswaardigheden zoals het Rector's Palace en de Stradun verkennen zonder me gehaast te voelen. Ik waardeerde ook de nabijgelegen cafés, die na een lange dag sightseeing heerlijke maaltijden boden. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was bovendien erg handig.

We zouden dit appartement absoluut aanraden! Het is gunstig gelegen vlakbij de oude stad, met diverse restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig en draagt bij aan de charme van de plek. Beide kamers waren comfortabel en ruim genoeg voor ons als stel.

De service bij Sipa Apartments was uitstekend. Het personeel was vriendelijk en reageerde snel op onze vragen over bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Het was prettig om te zien dat alles naar behoren werkte, van de keukenapparatuur tot de betrouwbare wifi. Al met al voldeed het beter aan mijn verwachtingen dan andere accommodaties waar ik eerder heb verbleven.

Deze accommodatie biedt een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, gezien de nabijheid van alles in Dubrovnik. Vergeleken met andere vakantiehuizen was deze redelijk geprijsd voor wat het te bieden had – bijvoorbeeld de aanwezigheid van zowel een bad als een douche. Een absoluut hoogtepunt was het unieke balkon, waar we elke ochtend van ons ontbijt genoten.
