Les points faibles : Communication, emplacement, exactitude de lâannonce
Not in Temple Bar area
The stay was adequate at first. It was not in the Temple Bar area as advertised so that was disappointing. There are SIX locked doors that you must get through in order to access the apartment. This was a problem as I was traveling with my adult children so we werenât always together. Coordinating entering the apartment with just one key was very difficult. Someone broke the key in the front door so when we arrived at 11:30 pm, we had no way to get into the apartment. It was about 45 degrees outside and I was wearing shorts. We could not get in until someone who lived in the building exited-that was over an hour later. I sent emergency messages to the owner with no response. I would not recommend staying in this place.
When we got to the property, it had not at all been cleaned from the prior guests. When I tried to contact the host, I kept getting automated messages until I contacted VRBO support. We had to get another room for the first night of our stay. After it had been cleaned, we still ran into issues. The first time anyone showered the water wouldnât drain at all. I removed the plug and it was full of hair and debris. We unclogged it and were able to get the shower working. The provided hair dryer is also missing a piece and got my momâs hair significantly tangled in it so she had to cut it out. Once the unit was cleaned, it was comfortable. Outside is a bit noisy with the windows open. The unit was quite warm. Location was easily accessible to OâConnell Street and other busy areas. I would not book again.
