There is also an external sitting room. Outside, there is a front garden with gravel, lawn, furniture, wood-fired hot tub, and designated, off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 3.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Moonshine, your truly magical retreat. No TV at property. The dining table is a pull-out bed. Steps up to property. As the garden is not enclosed, please supervise dogs at all times outside. There is a public footpath at the bottom of garden, however it is rarely used. This property has a good housekeeping bond of GBP100. Several gardens and stately homes are within a radius of ten miles, and the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with its rocky headlands, quiet coves, pretty fishing villages and safe, sandy beaches, can be reached within ten minutes. If you love the countryside and being close to the sea, sailing and estuaries, this is the place. Attractions such as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are easily reached, and the cathedral city of Truro offers winding lanes, historic buildings and plenty of shops, pubs and eateries.
