- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week).

Villa Antura is located in the centre of a 20-hectare organic farm, 5 km from Castelvetrano, in an intimate position surrounded by a lush garden of Mediterranean scrub. The villa is divided into two units. The central unit, of modern design, located in the centre of the garden, with glass windows that blend in with the surrounding landscape, offers at the same time intimacy and total relaxation. The adjoining unit, a typical Sicilian structure from the turn of the century with thick tuff walls restored according to the dictates of tradition, contains the bedrooms. The strategic position of the villa makes it easy to reach the pristine beaches of the coast, the nature reserves and archaeological sites of the area such as the Archaeological Park of Selinunte. Villa Antura is the ideal place to enjoy an authentic and unforgettable experience between culture, art and nature.
Interior:
The villa is on one floor and consists of two units with French windows providing direct access to the garden from all rooms. The first unit comprises the living area with kitchen and open-plan living room with lounge and dining table, as well as a small room with the washing machine. On one side is the second unit, consisting of two double bedrooms (one with divisible bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Park:
The garden surrounding the structure is characterised by centuries-old olive trees, citrus trees and cycads. A thick hedge delimits the property from the farm which you can freely enter to admire the mango, avocado, citrus and olive trees. A portico in front of the living room contains the relaxation area with sofas and armchairs. There is a parking area for 4 cars, shared with the adjacent property.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Open from the first Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October, the rectangular pool measures 7 x 2.5 m with a varying depth of 1.20 to 1.40 m. Purified with chlorine, the pool is lined in light blue PVC and has twilight lights and Roman steps for access to the water. The surrounding solarium, consisting of wood on one part and lawn on the other, is equipped with sunbeds.
