On the upper floor there are 4 terraces, exit from the bedrooms equipped with furniture for relaxing looking at the surroundings surrounded by plenty of greenery. The ground floor of Villa Serena 007 offers you a large spacious living room equipped with high-class seating furniture in an air-conditioned area watching your favorite programs.In order for your vacation to meet all your expectations, on the ground floor there is a kitchen fully equipped with all high quality appliances, as well as a rich dining area for 8 people. In addition, the ground floor consists of a separate guest toilet, washing machine. The advantage of Villa SERENE 007 offers its guests a real vacation that you will not find everywhere. Villa Serena 007 in the outdoor courtyard offers its guests a large outdoor dining area fully covered equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a covered fireplace, a barbecue as well as a large table and 8 chairs. In order for the guest to relax and cool down, Villa Serena 007 provides an outdoor heated pool of 40m2, as well as 8 comfortable sun loungers and 4 umbrellas. Outdoor sunbathing area paved with Istrian stone, as a private parking lot in the fully fenced Villa Serena which gives guests a relaxing vacation. There are also other facilities that you can see during your stay.Not far from Villa Serena 007, there are a large number of cultural and historical monuments, various sights, Istrian beaches. Among them are the Amphitheater in Pula, the Temple of Augustus 20 minutes drive away, the Brijuni National Park. Pula Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Only a 5-minute drive away is the town of Vodnjan located in Southern Istria, 10 km from the city of Pula.
