This exquisite villa features a sun-drenched swimming pool with 8 sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the Algarve weather.

Entering the house, you'll find an open-plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerated wine cellar, a cozy living room, a dining area, and a balcony that connects the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom with direct pool access.

On the ground floor, you'll find two double bedrooms, each with wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. One bedroom offers garden access with stairs leading to the pool area. A service bathroom is also on this floor.

Going up the stairs with large windows, you will finde the other 2 bedrooms. The master suite has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, golf course views, a private balcony with lounge furniture and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The other bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a small balcony and an en suite bathroom with shower.

Adjacent to the pool, the games room features a ping-pong table and dartboard. There's also a laundry room, a kitchen, a small living room, and a service bathroom. An outdoor dining table for 8 with a BBQ grill enhances your al fresco dining experience.

The property offers two shaded parking spaces with additional space for parking inside the gates. There is daily garbage collection.
