One of five apartments located in a complex close to Sorrento, this is a lovely, ground-floor apartment with a small private garden and Jacuzzi hot tub. The complex offers comfort and style with services including a concierge, cleaning, communal washing machine and dryer. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach, Casa Clarice is also close to Sorrento (2 km).
This 60 square metre studio apartment develops over 1 level.
The complex has a large common entrance (with sliding doors, marble floors, a sitting area and lift to the upper floors) and a shared laundry room (in the basement area) which guests can use.
As you enter the apartment, you will find a large studio with easy access to the garden. The living area consists of a sitting area (with double sofa bed and armchair), a dining area (with small table and chairs) and a kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom area (with a king size double bed) and a bathroom (with shower).
