This affluent area is known for its fine dining and shopping scenes, all concentrated on the "Golden Mile" in and around Ortega y Gasset Street. The area is also a draw for art lovers and collectors, thanks to the art galleries and auction houses located on Villanueva Street. Salamanca is also home to Spain's National Archaeological Museum and the Museo LĂĄzaro Galdiano, a converted mansion that now displays works by luminaries such as Bosch and Goya.
Upscale Lista is a small neighborhood that is nonetheless highly desirable. The area is home to the Hospital Universitario de la Princesa, as well as several international hotels. Lista also has excellent restaurants, making it easy to dine well without venturing far from your new home.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more.

A security deposit of âŹ3130 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
All our rentals in Spain include a 1 (one) hour weekly cleaning service.
This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use. Upon booking, guests must provide a valid travel purpose accepted by local legislation to confirm the reservation.
