The dedicated dining area, complete with a compact bistro table and two chairs, is ideal for enjoying breakfast or working remotely.

You'll find a private ensuite bathroom with modern fittings, fresh towels, and essential toiletries. The compact kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, and all the basic dishware and utensils you’ll need for light meals. - The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and to access it requires climbing stairs, as there is no elevator available.
- Please note that a €100 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.
