Our brand new Sea View property, Sleeps 10
Enjoy a welcoming and memorable stay in this lovingly renovated 5 bedroom townhouse, accommodating 10 guests, by the sea. The beautifully styled rooms are well appointed, very comfortable and the flow of the decor gives an amazingly spacious and airy feel to the entire house.

This stunning light and airy 3 storey townhouse, with a sunny courtyard is a perfect choice for those seeking a memorable stay, whether you`re visiting for a weekend, a business trip or some well deserved time off, located in Mundesley, Norfolk.

Mundesley is a coastal village in North Norfolk with wonderful beaches

As you walk through the front door, you are immediately drawn to how light and spacious this townhouse is. Beautifully, newly decorated with love and care, which shows as you wander around.

On the ground floor, you have the choice of relaxing in the TV lounge, with beautiful views out to the sea or chilling in the snug, with a book.

The kitchen/diner is very well appointed providing everything you need to cook up a storm, be it a lazy brunch or dinner for all.

Outside, in the fully enclosed courtyard garden, you will find an alfresco dining area and charcoal BBQ, perfect for those hot lazy summer evenings, a lovely, sunny garden space, perfect for morning coffees or something stronger in the evening.

The house has 5 bedrooms comprising of 2 twin beds & 3 king-size beds.

First Floor:
The first floor provides 3 good sized bedrooms, two king and one twin, with the Master Bedroom providing the most amazing sea views and offering a small window seating area in which to enjoy your first beverage of the day. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one with shower and the other with a bath.

2nd Floor:
On the second floor there are a further two bedrooms, one king and one twin, again both of a good size and with the king at the front of the house offering the most amazing sea view. There is also a good-sized shower room on this floor.

All in all, this is the perfect destination for a relaxing “get away from it all” break or a traditional family holiday.

Mundesley itself is a pretty Victorian seaside village in which you can enjoy a traditional coastal holiday away from the hustle and bustle. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Mundesley offers great coastal walks and is also close to the Norfolk Broads. It is a great starting point for country walks with plenty of footpaths, circular walks and walking trails including the Paston Way and the Norfolk Coast Path. The beaches themselves are vast and Sandy. A little further along the coast you will also find some very well-respected Golf courses in Cromer and Sheringham.

The house was clean and in a good location, there was plenty of crockery and cutlery and an absolute mountain of every conceivable type of glassware , tea coffee, sugar, salt and vinegar supplied but no welcome pack and we had to buy extra dishcloths as only 1 was provide, also there was no teapot provided. There were no instruction manuals for any of the electrical items.Access and parking at the property was very misleading, the road was in a dreadful state full of potholes and our third car was unable to park anywhere near the house due to restrictions ( which were only pointed out in the welcome book once you were inside!) which made it very difficult with two small children.The furniture was basic, more suited to dogs than family, no carpets which made it very noisy and the automatic stair lights were a nightmare in the night as they were so bright when they came on with no way of dimming them, again not suitable when children are asleep.Although there are two downstairs lounges all 10 of us could not sit together and had to split into the two rooms, a few throws would have been good to have.We were unable to find the remote control for the downstairs TV and it was suggested that we use the upstairs one and another would be sent out to us immediately - we never received the new remote! There are some lovely walks nearby - all in all the house ( in my opinion) would be more suitable for guests with only 2 cars, dogs and older children.

The property was very clean and tidy, very well equipped, with everything we could need, great communication with property owners before our stay with all the information we required. Great sea views from front rooms of the property, perfect for our family long weekend.

We stayed here and we were fully satisfied with the property. Well equipped, the kitchen was well stocked for all our needs, beds extremely comfortable. The duvets and pillows were really nice, I didn't want to get out of bed. I would certainly stay here again and have no hesitation recommending it to friends. Sorry, I took no photos.
