Modern furnishings include a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, a Double bed, and a private balcony.
Free Parking, super-fast Wi-Fi throughout, and Smart TV are also available.
It is just minutes from Orpington station, with easy access to London.
Orpington Hospital and Shopping Centre are also within walking distance.
PLEASE NOTE: There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.

- We manage several units in this building and can accommodate more than 2 guests.

- Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment.
- A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.
- Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
- This studio apartment is a single-room living space that integrates the kitchen, living area, and bedroom without separate divisions.
- We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £40 per stay upon request.
